Appeal details
New Business Item 11. Docket #050–21, 631 Broadway
Appeal filed by Keith Hardie
Request: This is an appeal of a decision of the Director of the Department of Safety and Permits as per Article 4, Section 4.8 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regarding the reissuance of Permit No. 20-21972-RNVN.
Summary: Keith Hardie appeals the Department of Safety and Permit’s re-issuance of a work permit that would allow the addition of three new bedrooms at 631 Broadway by Amicus Properties. (Hardie shows that Amicus’s plan for the three new parking spaces required by the IZD are not viable; Amicus should not be allowed to add any new bedrooms at all.)
New Business Item 13. Docket #052–21, 1409 Broadway
Appeal filed by Grady Fitzpatrick
Request: This is an appeal of a decision of the Director of the Department of Safety and Permits as per Article 4, Section 4.8 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regarding the reissuance of Permit No. 20-04351-RNVS.
Summary: Grady Fitzpatrick appeals the Department of Safety and Permit’s re-issuance of a work permit that had already been revoked for Amicus’s revised plans for a duplex at 1409 Broadway, also owned by Amicus Properties.
