Docket #050\u201321, 631 Broadway<\/strong><br>Appeal filed by Keith Hardie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Request:&nbsp;<\/strong>This is an appeal of a decision of the Director of the Department of Safety and Permits as per <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/czo.nola.gov\/Article-4#4-8\" target=\"_blank\">Article 4, Section 4.8<\/a> of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regarding the reissuance of Permit No. 20-21972-RNVN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Summary: Keith Hardie<\/strong> appeals  the Department of Safety and Permit&#8217;s re-issuance of a work permit that would allow the addition of three new bedrooms at <strong>631 Broadway<\/strong> by <strong>Amicus Properties<\/strong>. (Hardie shows that Amicus&#8217;s plan for the three new parking spaces required by the IZD are not viable; Amicus should not be allowed to add any new bedrooms at all.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Business<\/strong> <strong>Item 13.
