Partners John P. Hamide, Preston Tedesco, and Sidney Torres, V, often camelback a house in the process; so does Amicus Properties. Developers like Deb Singer, Danny Heidenberg and Marci Surfas will perform (or attempt to perform) interior demolitions to add bedrooms to single-family houses without expanding the footprint. Heidenberg has managed to renovate most of his buildings without the benefit of a permit. Berry Silver and his partners don&#8217;t apply for permits until they&#8217;re cited for working without one. Developer Edie Pitt will apply for a permit of limited scope; and then exceed it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color\">This data is current to the best of my knowledge at 8\/1\/23, although <em>fine amounts and violation reports have not yet been entered for most properties<\/em>.
